So much history…

A while back, the members of Reebok CrossFit Back Bay were being bad, so the programming powers that were decided to administer consequential Burpees in every workout for a week.  This plan kinda backfired because some people started enjoying the weighted Burpees in their workouts.  Since then, the programming powers have been wondering what would be a suiting punishment for when they members were bad again.   A few thoughts have come up, but nothing has come to fruition.  One day an appropriate consequential physical castigation will be provided.
